Participants will receive access to helpful tools and learn about the research process steps: starting from scoping projects to creating protocols to implementation and execution.

The Universe of Digital Health Research Groups at MGH

For research investigators, study staff, and administrators, this 45-minute course will help you better understand and access internal resources and tools that will help you advance your research initiatives. The first class in the three-part Digital Health Research Curriculum is called the Universe of Digital Health Research Groups at MGH/MGB. Providing a roadmap to help you navigate the hospital’s research support structure and identify the departments and groups involved. The course will discuss the complexities and best practices of working with the teams that support this work. At the end of the course, each participant will receive a carefully curated, comprehensive catalog of almost 40 MGB groups involved in digital health research, links to important forms, contact information, and FAQs that anticipate your needs and point you in the right direction. The second course, launching in the fall of 2022, will review research tools (e.g., RPDR, REDCap, etc.). The final course will focus on the specific steps in the research process. This course was developed by the Center for Innovation in Digital HealthCare.
