ARMI HealthTech Hub: Shaping Healthcare Startups and Catalyzing Innovation

Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI)‘s program BioFabUSA announced the launch of the ARMI HealthTech Hub in August 2023, a groundbreaking effort arising from the U.S.-Israel Strategic Cooperation in Healthcare Program. Endorsed by the U.S. Congress and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), this program is primed to revolutionize the realm of healthcare startups and help launch a new era of innovation.
 

Cohort 1

SOMERVILLE — CIDH hosted our colleagues from ARMI | BioFabUSA, Israel-America Chamber of Commerce, and six Israeli startups at Mass General Brigham and Massachusetts General Hospital as part of Cohort 1 of the ARMI HealthTech Hub. Observing the collaboration between Israeli startups and Mass General Brigham, CIDH was excited about the prospects for significant advancements in patient care.

Cohort 2

CIDH hosted six Israeli healthcare startups from the ARMI | BioFabUSA HealthTech Hub program for an in-person pitch day event at Mass General Brigham headquarters. The visit included an informative session about clinical trials at Mass General Brigham, and an extensive three-hour pitch session involving approximately 40 outstanding peers and attendees. Among the participants were individuals from CIDH, Massachusetts General Hospital, Mass General Brigham, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Brigham Digital Innovation Hub (iHub), Mass General Brigham Innovation, Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, Israel-America Chamber of Commerce, and the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
